Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FTR, including our mobile application ("the App") and website ("the Website") operated by us. By accessing or using our App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FTR (including our mobile application and website), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or Website.

Use of the App

You agree to use FTR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission

Subscriptions

FTR offers premium subscription services managed through Superwall. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings

We do not store user accounts or personal information for subscription management. All subscription data is managed by Apple and Superwall in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Apple Music Integration

FTR integrates with Apple Music through MusicKit. Your use of Apple Music is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Apple Music's services or content.

User Content

You retain ownership of any liner notes or content you create using FTR. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, display, and share your generated liner notes as part of our service.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FTR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
